Terms for Advertising

1.      The price of advertising is free for one picture for one month second month until sold Fifteen Dollars US ($15.00 per month ).

2.      A month is defined as thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.  

3.      If your merchandise is sold on any given day during a month, you are still charged for a full month of advertising.

4.      If your merchandise fails to sell within the initial thirty (30) days, and you desire to continue advertising the item, it is your responsibility to render additional funds to cover advertising for another 30 day period.  After you notify Texoma Legacy Race Series that you desire to purchase an extension for advertising, you will need to make payment arrangements with the series director. 

5.      Ads that are in arrears for more than five (5) days will be removed from public display until payment is made current.  After 5 days all ad material will be deleted from our servers.  After this period, you will need to resubmit all materials again for a new classified ad. 

6.      Normally, all new ads will be posted for your review within 24 hours of submission.  You will be notified of the location of the posting by e-mail and asked to provide additions and corrections to the material posted.  You will have 72 hours to respond to this e-mail.

All car that are purchased used must submit to technical inspection by an authorized Allison Legacy Dealer prior to be allowed to compete in any Allison Legacy competition sanctioned by CompCar of N.C. or N.A.S.A. TX (National Auto Sports Association)
